Most items will be posted within 2-5 working days.
If an item is out of stock, customers will be contacted in order to agree on a delivery date.
Bowls and other silversmithing items are made to order, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. We have no control over these charges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied a repair or replacement service is offered. Any faults have to be reported within 14 days of delivery and the item has to be returned to us within 21 days of delivery. A repair, replacement or exchange will be arranged as appropriate.
Refunds and exchanges are offered at our discretion.
Items must be returned new, unused, undamaged and with the original packaging.
Please include your original receipt with your return.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches us. It is therefor recommend that customers use a Recorded or Special Delivery service (or your country’s equivalent) to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part from the original order.
For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer.
